We have a department specialized in Communities of Owners that helps owners to maintain their properties according to their expectations, even when they are not residents of the island and favoring relationships between neighbors. We are really proud to have among our clients more than 70 communities in the South of Gran Canaria with owners of all nationalities, being the proximity and personalized treatment one of our hallmarks as we have all dialysate for 24-hour access hours either on our website or App, being able to consult the accounting and essential documentation of the community at any time.
We have two offices that are open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and we attend by appointment outside these hours and telephone service in Spanish and English 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
